Fun fact: once I was on a plane, opened the airline magazine, and saw myself in an article about Tina Fey.
As writer/content creator in Los Angeles, I constantly pull on my background in improvisation; in Chicago, I wrote and performed on the mainstage at Second City with some famous people including Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, and Steve Carell. That led to writing for network sketch shows and sitcoms, and guest writing on Saturday Night Live. I’ve written speeches and jokes for a daytime talk show host and won a Telly writing promos for NBC.
At BuzzFeed, I wrote articles, strategized campaigns, and ideated, scripted, and directed videos for long form and vertical formats and TikTok.
I am a writer's writer; whatever needs to be done quickly, cleanly, and with strategic vision, I’m that person. I have passion for my work, love brainstorming, and excel at pitching. And I come from a collaborative background, so I work well with others, and appreciate feedback.
